I’m really getting this. The commands are not burdensome. And, they are not suggestions. They are all based in true love for God, and from God for me not against me and from me for my neighbor. All love. And, as I am seeing any commands dealing with sin and such have been done through Christ my Lord and Savior. And, like any soldier one must obey a command given them or they will no longer be a soldier. So, anything I read in the Old testament when needing a priest. I have Jesus Christ.
Amen my friend! Yehovah’s instructions are not burdensome. Yeshua is our high priest and King forever. What he did away with was our pass sin by His blood and the penalty for that sin! As He told the woman caught in adultery, “go and sin no more” (as defined by Yehovah Himself and as Yeshua walked and taught it Himself).
